If you're referring to the patch to change from roommates to siblings, you can use this one.

Overwrite the original mapping.xml in the root folder for the game.

Quick answer - no android. It would take a lot of effort to fix the UI to work on a phone.

Everything has to end at some point, preferably before it gets dragged out for too long and these two and just side characters, even though Emma is your aunt, but the focus has always been on Ashley, Claire, and Veronica.
