Yes, it's the same graphics used as DMD and Lewd Island, but it's not the same character. You'll find several characters and locations used in various games. The creators have been excellent and kept it fresh for each game.

Yes they are. Being that it is released on Steam, he still has to support it if bugs are found, or translations are made...stuff like that.
