Imagine that, dev's have to follow terms of service (that were already posted prior to them making a Patreon page), that same TOS were derived from laws that the privately run company, Patreon, have to follow to themselves stay in business.

I agree that I like the old version, and will be using the mod to change each version back to how game was imagined, but anyone who doesn't understand why the changes occured, both from Patreon and dev side, need to move out of their cave/parents house, and join the real world.

No one really adressed this, so I guess I will. I'm sure someone else can chime in with more reasons. Also as someone did point out, it is being worked on by people from what I know and if it turns out it's a plausible thing, it'll likely happen. But there are at least two major reasons a site like that would be difficult:
a) Patreon is already a major player with a large base. You'd need a very cohesive and collective move by devs to ONE new site for this to not lose them all money.
b) This is the main one: Payment. You need a payment processor. Most are vary of porn as they see it as high risk due to the large amounts of refunds, fraud allegations (your wife find it on your CC bill and you lie and demand your money back saying someone stole your CC etc) etc. So the only processors you'd be likely to find are the ones specializing in high risk stuff like this, who all take a sizable cut of the payment.

Thanks for clarifying, I hope it's viable in the end because the creators of the games should get to create what they envisioned and the players should get to enjoy them. Too much creativity is prevented in this world which is why so much of it feels the same as everything else, it'd be nice to be able to have games with a lot more variety.

I'd just like to say I understand why Paetron have to stop stuff like this as everyone has someone they answer to and that's not going to change, but it'd be nice to have a place where others can shine
