As it stands you will be able to take a job at the Gym which should lead to a Bonus scene most probably with a patron we haven't seen yet in the same way you got a bonus BJ from the woman you deliver Pizza to who doesn't appear anywhere else in the game.
That doesn't mean that the other characters won't also get scenes at the gym it's just that they probably won't be tied to doing the job of Trainer.

Yeah, maybe because there are only numbers, but no corresponding post to what these numbers actually refer.
See, that's the kind of information you'd need to understand the numbers, but now I know and I can say I don't really care or rather either way is fine with me. For now Mom and Veronica are the top scorers for me with Ashley following closely. Amy/Sophia aren't too bad, but I'm for now I'm not too intersted in them.
