Absolutely 0.1%. The .1% comes from the idea that perhaps, in the future, windows games can emulate on android and even that might not work. The developer has no interest to port this to Android, nor is it easy to implement, nor would the UI work on a smaller Android screen. And I'm saying this as an Android user. Sorry to shatter those dreams, but it just wouldn't work. And I don't think anyone is willing to remake (if even possible) such a behemoth of a game.

You might like the new game, Faerin is currently making. It has many similarities

Thank you for your attention, but my problem is not that the game is a sandbox, but that I don't speak English. Since I know Turkish, I have a hard time understanding SANDBOX and RPG games.

Sorry to hear that, and while it's not a problem of the media you're trying to play - there are ways to go about this:
1) This game has a walkthrough on the official discord. You could try downloading that and translating the document for help.
2) You could try keeping videos of people playing the game close by in order to play it and see what you can do.
Then again, this is a story-driven game and as such, not understanding the language could ruin the story experience.
People here will be glad to help, but if you're looking to see images, you might as well go watch a playthrough on PH.
Yes, I know which languages it supports, but Turkish games are a bit limited in this regard. That's why I'm trying to play as much as I understand. some sandbox games are easy to let you know what you need to do. I guess they are creative. provided this for people like me.
