Did you choose the right file? You have to download the 11.3 MB one (the first one).

What does Windows 7 Updates tells you? Any optional updates available?
Are you using a pirated version of Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit?

@Faerin Almost forgot with my earlier praise, but glad to see you took some of my suggestions to heart. Walking in to Veronica's bedroom for the second time and her not weirding out about "oh god, is he going to f*** me?!" and instead just being ready to be eaten out again was such a surprise and so good. 
There's only one other game I was this excited to see the finishing project. That game did not disappoint but I am beyond positive this one will shoot past it. Containing myself from constantly downloading each update is stertorous but I'm sure the wait will be faptastic.
