He can't use these music because it is copyrighted! Either he buys a license for the sound/song (expensive as fuck!) or he use open source sounds (for free!)..

The theme song for the GYM is from the film Rocky, Eye Of The Tiger and as far as I know that is copyrighted by the original band Survivor, the film and music studios owning the rights to it as well.

Just because one artist isn't chasing him for royalties, doesn't mean others won't!
Actually, I'll be removing that for the same reason. I added it as sort of a joke at one point, but honestly just forgot to remove it again when the game got more popular. I'll have to find a replacement for that.

The game are getting better and better, but in this point of the game i just feel that Ashley is a little bit forgotten, after we date her and finish the sex lesson's with Sophia there's nothing left to do with her, plz give us some more Ashley content.

Yeah I remember it was added as a joke. Its pretty sad very few people bother to 'buy' these songs but the minute someone uses it they (music/film industry) want to get their asshole all twisted over it.

It was an error on my part, as just after I got the message I went to her apartment at that time (on the Saturday) and all it said was go see her on a weekday and I couldn't get in on the Saturday, as I assumed the message was meant for that day. [Silly me!)Why did you delete your post @ElmerFudd?
And so when it became a Monday, at 12:30 I went to her place, and she was there. 6th session completed.

Why don't you follow the hints?
Debbie's hint tells you to improve your relationship with Sophie.
Sophie's hint tells you to meet Ashley in the afternoon (leave your room at 14:00 or 15:00 and you will bump into her). On Sunday go to Ashley's room at 11:00 and get the bj from Sophie.
Afterwards Debbie's and Sophie's hints will change and Sophie will be available at the Tennis court on the weekend!
r u joking? you think its so simple? i cant meet Sophia on Sat and Sun at 15-17:00 and i cant meet her in the entrance...
i try to meet Sophia all days at 15-17:00 nothing happened! if its so simple why i wrote here...

Sorry have you been following the story she is blackmailing him in the same way as he blackmailed Veronica so in no way is he a willing participant. As for being an ugly bitch thats because at present in this story line shes beating the MC at his own game, and obviously you dont like that aspect of the storyline, If she had moved across the hall and came with a Mom tag you would have been saying God I cant wait till the MC gets to have some fun with her. As for NTR Faerin has always said he wouldnt introduce one and hasnt.
The MC may well turn the tables on her yet but what I dont understand is why people dislike the character so much, I dont know why people are threatened by her its a game its not real but some of you act as if it was your life shes threatening

It is simple, you're probably doing something wrong without realizing it. I tried your save with the game in Russian to make sure it's not a language problem and all you have to do is:
- Pass the time until 15:00 on MON (as long as it isn't SAT on SUN in can be any day).
- Be on your room at that time and try to leave using the green arrow. Ashley should appear to talk to you.
- Pass the time until 15:00 on SUN and try to enter Ashley's room.
