Reading "ending" stung a little bit in my heart.

But we know the reasons and everything good has come to an end eventually

Well, keep in mind that it's just one ending, many more will follow.
And the nice thing about going into this direction is that once all the endings are implemented, the game at least feels more "finished".
But doing it this way, I can still always add new content/updates afterwards.

I've heard one report so far from a user who had to disable his firewall in order to get MotH to load. Did you experience that as well, or anyone you know who has?

BTW, this is for Windows 10 Version 1903 Build 18362 .

Ah, ok, Thanks for that! Not sure if Micro$oft released a hotfix for that or not, but I did read an article yesterday that said an update messed up a few other things as well but oddly didn't mention anything about the firewall.

Anyway, it's probably a one off that I'll have to watch out for.

Hey it's all good man. I have too much OCD to fully enjoy 'never ending games', I much much prefer to have a game end nicely and then see what else you have up your sleeve in whatever new game you decide to start.
