Hi
Sycho. Thanks for having a look at it. And that seems to resolve that issue.
Really weird since I have not opened a text editor on the save game that I sent through. I have looked into removing the lock from the save game, to see if the gauge would, but I did that with a copy of the save game (it is possible I messed up). But that would not explain why I find it quite easy to reproduce the bug, on a clean install, without ever even opening a text editor.
Easiest schedule to produce the bug on the other rig (clean install, no settings changed):
1. Skip Intro
2. 8:00 - Grab coffee (for Veronica Event)
3. Sleep till 18:00
4. Grab Dinner (mood management, needed for step 7)
5. Take a Bath (mood management, needed for step 7)
6. Sleep till 23:45
7. Go to Veronica's Room to peek
8. Watch Porn to activate the lock
9. Sleep so that Veronica's event at the police station triggers
10. Play through the event
11. When you get home, for example try to study and you will notice the lock is misbehaving.
If you study after watching the porn, but before picking Veronica up from the police station, the lock works as intended, and subtracts the time spent. However, once you have picked up Veronica, studying for instance will not reduce the time of the lock.
If you skip step 8, play through Veronica's event at the police station, and then watch porn, the bug also happens (eg. if you study after watching a porn the lock will remain in force for 8 hours).
Edited to add:
I do notice that in my save game before I go to sleep (before step 9, the <Sleeping> line is false. After picking her up from the police station it is set as true.
