You can invite Emma to the beach from your home on Sunday at 9:00 am only.
At she is available at (her) home from Monday to Friday at 9 pm (I not sure if 9 or 10 pm) as long as you finished the coffee date with her after you met her at the gym.
The bed one, you need to watch netflix with her, and have wine (at least at first).
The beach one, you need to have the sunscreen, and invite her to the beach on Sunday morning.
You have to have breakfast with your family, and Ashley will suggest you go, then you can choose to invite Emma or Sophie.
