First off you need to get a better score with her, then you need to get to 30 and go buy the maid outfit.
Give maid outfit and then go to the health club either the same day on the next day when she is there then go have fun.

I had the same issue, Click on Local Disc (C and then in the top right search bar type in Faerin and it'll take a few seconds to find it. Then all you have to do is drop the save file into the top folder that's just named "man of the house" and then "savegames". You can also transfer your saves from 5.5 by clicking on that folder and moving it to the top folder as well.

Damn it! Don't use words I don't know. XD Had to google those skirt types you listed but too many different lengths and types showed up. Not familiar with feet and inches by the way, I'm from Europe. Maybe I also misunderstood you. You wrote knee 'high' skirt and I've read (and wrote) knee 'long'. Don't know if there is a difference...

It happened to me too, the time is wrong I think... try starting at 20:00 and wait in 30 mins intervals til the conversation outside her room starts, you catch her talking on her mobile with your aunt.
