No, it is not random. There is always an option that leads to success.

It looks like your desktop resolution is 1024x768. Change it and the game's resolution so they're both at 1920x1080.

No, my desktop resolution 1366x768 and I can’t change at 1920x1080 I played early version and don’t have any problem
