Greetings,
I have played all versions from 0.98 to v1.01 on my PC. But when I tried to start the latest version 1.02, that is the last one downloaded from this site, I could not start the game. Once I click on "accept" to start, the game closes.
Does anyone know what it is?
Windows 10 is my OS.

Option 1.
  1. Go into Control Panel.
  2. Open the Device Manager applet.
  3. Expand "Display Adapters".
  4. Take a screenshot if you would, and attach that, please.
Option 2.
  1. If you use Citrix, disable it before loading MotH.
  2. If you use Nahimic software, disable that before loading MotH.
Option 3.
  1. Make sure the drivers for your video card are up-to-date.
  2. Make sure you didn't overwrite the earlier version with v1.0.2.

This PC is NOT the one that presents the problem, it is another one that I have in another site and it is in a remote place.
The question is that I had installed the version MAN of the HOUSE v1.0 + extras, I have always had the same configuration of graphics card and screen resolution (recommended by the application corresponding to the graphics card).
Since I don't make any radical changes, I don't expect it to affect the performance of the last version.
What I have noticed is that I still have installed some previous versions, i.e. I have NOT removed them.
And another thing, as I have reinstalled windows 10, the previous versions of the game MOtH (v0.98 and 1.0) remained in the file "windows.old".
Did I delete all the previous "save" files?
In the rest of computers I have started well the game MOtH v1.02extras.

Having never played MotH remotely, it would have to be something on the remote PC that's causing the game to crash. That would either be
You must be registered to see the links
or
You must be registered to see the links
(if you use either one). So they would need to be disabled before running MotH.

As far as the saves goes, follow these steps
You must be registered to see the links
to recover them from windows.old. Scroll down the page and look for "How to recover files using Windows.old folder". Otherwise, look here.

I'm trying to finish the date with Veronica and it does not give me the option to the casino. Am i missing someting? Please help.

You probably did not unlock the casino. Travel a bit by public transport, and you should get a flyer with the casino details. Then go on the date and it should be unlocked.

anyone having an issue with Sophia now? I literally cannot get past the "sometimes when i leave my room i bump into Ashley"

Go to MC's room and change the time to 15:00 (on a weekday), then try to leave the room.

for the landlady it says when you shower before yoga you sometimes catch her in the halls what timei is that cause i know she showers at 7 so ive tried showering at every 10 mins before seven

Claire takes a bath at 20:00, so you'll want to take a bath at 19:30.

Check that you've completed all of the other achievements (except General #16), that you're not missing anything from the gallery (images, videos, scenes or collectables) and that Claire's suspicion and Ashley's jealousy stats are at 5.

I can't find general 9. Does anyone know what it is?
