I'm new to the game and with only one full playthrough it's hard to remember all different paths and stages.
When I believe I know an answer, I try to help. But there's no way I can as help as much as you guys!

I've been playing since virtually the beginning, and trying to remember the order is sometimes confusing so it's very helpful to have fresh blood helping out

Sorry to speak about this subject again, but i can't see the animation with my Laptop. I see a black windows, with a ladder on the right with + and - but nothing more. I dowload the codecs, and rename the files (it was worst) but nothing is working. For information, my OS is Windows 10...

As a general rule: Develop a daily routine, don't get stuck in grinding only one activity. If seems to be nothing is going anywhere: Check Phone for a Hint. If Hint isn't working do something else. Wander around, try different locations and different times. You can't get killed or otherwise fucked up by clicking around. You may break your mouse though clicking too much . But: There's a grinding guide available in a link in OP of thread if you want some premade list of what to do...

This is not a Ren'Py game, and there is no MacOS version. You have to use Wine to run it instead - use the search function to find some discussion in this thread.

Do you get an error message with the animations? Check the output log. Is your laptop able to play the video files outside of the game?

Hey @Faerin , just womdering, do you have any plans on porting to android eventually? Since I know Renpy offers the possibility of porting to android I was kinda wondering if that was something you were planning on or if that's currently out of the book.

Thanks for your response. Yes i can see the videos on gomplayer or vlc. When i change the extansion of the video by .webm or .webmorig, i've got an error message.

The videos are not in webm - but regardless of what you change the name to, the only thing that should change is whether the game is able to find them (and display an error message instead of attempting to play the video). If you don't change the names, do you still get an error? If so, what does the error message say? If no, does an error message appear in the log file instead?

The reason I asked about playing the video is that 1) it should tell us whether the appropriate codec (h.264) is correctly installed (it should come with windows 10), and whether your laptop's integrated graphics circuit is able to play it (any laptop capable of running windows 10 should be able to).
