Not too many use RPGMaker anymore, I prefer Renpy, but a while back, there wasn't too many choices, so, what's that game you're talking about may I ask.

developer gives no explanation... who needs it anyways hahaha. His aunt is probably also his daughter, can't remember. Good game though, recommended.

That's exactly where I was stuck in my first playthrough. The problem was that I hadn't progressed enough with Claire's path. Amy won't talk to you before you reach the point you acquire/trade the massage oil for mom. Have you done that?
I know you say that you have finished mom's story but your problem seems identical to the one I had.
