Is Amy / Brother still broken? I've got her at 10 hearts, 3 stars and it still says I need to buy her a drink, which I do, and it does nothing. I've done the drop to 9 hearts and try again and such, but nada, the next step just won't trigger.

This is just a shot in the dark but did you wait for veronica outside the neon club at 4:30am and go home with her.
Because I'll be honest given the non linear aspect of the game, it's not easy to figure out where you're at.
And have you tried the walkthrough, see if that helps.
I’m stuck with Veronica not moving along with the chores. Any help? I’ve been past here before so know what comes after but can’t get it to trigger, been the club got outfit etc but the chores keep repeating. Followed walkthrough but must be missing something! Help appreciated, cheers.
When you give Veronica the maid outfit in her bedroom you lose 30 submission follow her to the gym and eavesdrop on her and Amy then check google on your phone for Club Neon and it should show up on the map

I've done all I can with the blindfold and cuffs. Veronica can't get anymore stats from it, and nothing new happens. It tells me I need to work on Amy in Veronica's hints. And under Amy it says I need to buy her a drink, and nothing happens. She's not getting anymore points, nor is anything triggering. I've done as others have suggested and dropped Amy to 9 hearts and kept trying, but nothing. I've put up the save, if you see what I'm doing wrong, any help would be appreciated.
It might be one of these from what I recall that involved Veronica blindfolded and handcuffed
Exchange veronica's panties for massage oil for Mom/Claire, you need to do the massage quest for Mom/Claire.
Then visit Amy at her home at the vault and she tell you to send a picture of Veronica Handcuffed and Blind folded after which you text her to come over and the you can start Amy's training at the vault.
Did the exchange for the oil.
Vault isn't unlocked yet, so can't visit her. Amy has already tasted Veronica on MC fingers.
That's the first part, the next one involves the vault, you need to get that triggered only then can you carry on.
According to the walkthrough, have you talked to Amy at the neon after exchanging for the oil

Yes. I buy her a drink.. and she leaves after. That gets me to 10 hearts, but nothing progresses past that. She does nothing. Other than lowering her hearts to 9 and trying again and again, I've never used the cheat menu to adjust hearts, stars, etc.
I've already had the conversation with Veronica in the Taxi about Amy as well.
also have you gone further than just talking to veronica, that part ends with her giving the MC a hj.
and has veronica mentioned her feelings for Amy yet.
I've progressed Veronica's story all the way to the point where it tells me that I need to advance with Amy. I've had the HJ in the taxi, a BJ, Sex, Sex bent over the table.
I also never got the dream about Amy.
