Here, i have the same problem..

The reason she isnt bumping into you is because your stats are at zero you need to improve your sleep, hunger, hygiene and stress then you will bump into her

It should trigger mon-fri at 10 when Veronica is having breakfast. Go and make a coffee and she will come and take it.

Have you tried the next step, peeking at Veronica at 2300? She catches you and yells at you. Then the next event starts, she calls you in the night to help her out of jail.

Faerin stated that it isn't a bug since the event to restore the stats we lose will come in a future version.

Bump? I have gone there and ask her out, and then into the locker room watch her ass. After that the character run away from police station.

Apart from the missing Debbie points we know about, the only thing lacking in my 97% completion, are photos 41-44 for Emma, which I assume are when in her apartment watching Netflix. Can I still get these, or have I missed them now & would have to replay a big chunk of the game over to get them without using the cheat console?
