The next update (V0.19) will take more time to complete and therefore it'll probably be released at the end of October.

Manila is pregnant for some players, and so I have to do twice as much work.

- Monokini (secondary quest); playable with Manila "Not pregnant" and Manille "Pregnant". This quest opens the new swimsuit (Monokini) and allows you to play beach quests.

- Beach I (secondary quest); playable with Manila "Not Pregnant" and Manila "Pregnant" (some scenes and different animations). This quest unlocked the Pole Dancer quest. If Manila is pregnant (Baby Bosse), he will have a scene with Burke.

- Sex Gym (Secondary Quest); playable with Manila "Not pregnant" and Manila "Pregnant (no baby bump)". This quest will open if J. Blue makes you sing with Burke's surveillance video. You must have completed all the quests in the gym. At the end of the quest, you will unlock "Sex Workout" in the gym options (reproducible scene).

- Pole Dancer (Secondary Quest); playable with Manila "Not pregnant" and Manila "Pregnant (no baby bump)". You must have completed the quest of the casino. At the end of the quest, Manila will have a second job (pole dancer).

- You can complete the quest

- Hades now there is the third client. Blowjob and handjob.

If Manila is pregnant (baby hump), you can play the Sex Gym Quest and the Pole Dancer Quest after giving birth.

I don't remember what you have to do but I do know that you have to meet John Doe in the park in the women's toilet (at midnight).
I believe this is it but I haven't played the game in awhile

Just talk with old man,you can found him in the park right from your house,he will tell you to put some sexy dress on and meet him in midnight. if you stuck just read quest journal helps 99% out of 100. it's always about time,outfit,or location
