For 1st question manilla's baby colour are white with white guys ( including john doe although he is black).

For dark skinned baby till now, sex with pusher produces dark skinned baby. Also sex with mayor might produce black baby but cant confirm it till next update coz 1st time sex with mayor occurs on Saturday. Also sex with casino owner , jblue ,derek might produce black baby.have to wait and see.

For 3rd ques , i hope the dev adds duplet and triplet possibility. One could be result of manilla gangbang scene unlocked on last friday.

, upload ur save file and change the gold value ( ur ingame cash) to 999999. Save it and replace ur old save file . Now buy lots of healing item and use it in battle. Easy.

Without cheat:
Always remember equip you stuff(Better pistol, body armor etc)

First time i play without cheat:
I got there in the lab but there I came to the end of my road with justice route style and try win all battles.

Then i found that file cheat system where you edit the file and u get 999,999 money and I started the second round
(Back then, I didn’t know about that site yet^^)

btw: Now ren'py remake version is upgraded first 14days if you want to play that way
(You can simply win or lose battle, u choose)

That part's just an encounter you can find on the main map. Go north to the last street, then west til you see a small park. They should show up on the bench after it gets dark. I don't think any choice matters, except for the +1 corruption/justice.

but the choice is only "stop him" and "go away", can't you accept his invitation to join?

been awhile, but no I don't think you can. IIRC, first you get the choice to watch which can get you the +1 corruption. Then after you have the option to arrest them for +1 Justice. I think (could be wrong) having a higher Justice score will get you more experience for some quest rewards.
