If i am not wrong you can buy them from the same shop where you can buy the preggo one - near Manilla's house where is working Mr.Burke! But if you already do the quest where Manilla is fighting with that misterious woman in the garage,then you need to have 100 nightfall pills,since that woman make sure Manilla to get the password for the lab and there was also a box with nightfall pills which Manilla can decide to give to the police or to keep them and use them or sell them! I choose to keep that nightfall pills and now i has a lot
By the way,you can find one nightfall pill in the toilet of the Casino where Manila can work like a stripper for Marcus! Hope this help you

i down of this saves and put in the paste, but when i start the game, i cant go in the "continue" like the saves doens't exist

You are missing "Global file" from the Save folder.
Just start once new game and save, now you have Global file inside save folder and saves works.
And this works other RPGM games as well.

Someone can help me with the saved ones I have downloaded them and I have put them where they correspond but it does not load me, please help

Okay problem is this, how I can say this right way...
Anyway I try:
If you download save files which are marked example:
File5
File6
Etc
and you create your own Global file with save file1(save slot1)
So these files(File 5-6) what you downwload here not show up because your global file would only show save file slot1
Now I created a Global file that works with 1-50 save slots
You must be registered to see the links
Now put this global file in your save folder and then save files what you download here, should work.
I must admit I did not know this because I have use every path these all 1-50 slots allready.
This is getting ridiculous.
Every two months game gets updated with content for 5 mins of gameplay and usually, half of that is just running around the standard RPG maker map.
Think I'll come back in a year or two so I can get at least 25 mins. of gameplay in one go.
