But i think it will happen as in the stat sheet,there are 3 things :
1)Love
2)Corruption
3)Pregnancy
And Sara holds the highest chances of getting pregnant by the dog as compared to the other ladies so yeah,can expect pregnancy plus half-way through the game,it's implied that the dog underwent DNA experimentation when it was in a pharmaceutical experiment lab.
