Technically speaking, there are five released games in the series: In chronological order-
1) Marina when she was a student: Explores her first love and is the spiritual predecessor of the last game. [Untranslated]
2) Marina when was an office lady: Explores her Office Lady days where she first met her future husband. [Untranslated]
3) Marina post marriage: Explores her first lending play with a college goer on request by her husband. [Translated]
4) Marina post marriage: Explores her second lending play with an Adult Video actor. [Translated]
5) Marina post marriage: Explores her third lending play with her first love back from her days as a student. [Translated]
The first two aren't NTR but more like standalone spin offs. What you are asking about is the game that features the AV actor. And yes, it has been translated and released by Capu2, only at the moment it's exclusive to his supporters. But that's temporary and the translation is scheduled to go public in about 24-48 hours or so.
Hope that sates your curiosity.

After what happened in the previous game they are still going on with that lifestyle ... they are asking to be split up at that point.
There is a 6th planned? Like to know where ya got this info from cause only stuff I've seen about any new marina stuff lately was some voice drama releases and the few comic style releases of her with other AS men. Not trying to sound like im accusing anything here tho just extremely interested in more of the milfy goddess.
i doubt there will be sequel. the ending in this game feels like closure to me. probably more spin off.

That's my thinking. I don't see where they could go with a sequel given how close to splitting they came and how bad things went near the end. Unless they are planning on splitting them but I don't see it.

Allow me to clarify the "new game" I mentioned. Apologies if it felt like it's set in stone, it isn't. I did read a post by Orob(Marina's lead writer) that he intended to continue the saga but was still evaluating on how to best go from Marina 3's ending. There is a chance that this might not happen. Hence I tagged it "planned".
Unfortunately, AS and the lead writer are pretty tight lipped on these topics but all in all, the hype around this series is still high enough(even after the fan backlash Marina 3's end garnered) that AS simply cannot ignore the milking value of it. This was made ready apparent when they tried to reinvent the series by introducing Shiori, a new heroine under similar circumstances, hoping it would work as an alternative but the game was met with tepid response.
Once again, apologies as I meant to give no false hopes and I'll link the post when I can dig it up.

Well I can somehow agree netorase type have vanilla endings but I prefer mix endigs and this game have netorare but it's not that dark, that's why it's a bit boring to be honest, it's exactly first game you will get boring soon if you expect some drama in this game you will get a bit dissapoint.
I like more mystery ntr and to see change in heroine behavior, I can think a continue of this story but in more dark ways focus more on netorare including the daughter as heroine to...but that's my sadist satisfaction hahaha
Edit: capu2 did a great job translate this series good job brother respect for me you translate the ntr type that need to see light on more people.
I still wish capu2 to translate the good series of anim Kabe no Mukou no Tsuma no Koe 2 and Tsuma no Niku Ana ni Homestay Suru Macho Ryuugakusei 2-Kenme. That's master piece of swing&netorare waiting to be translate, also from Atelier Sakura Hoka no Otoko no Seieki de Harande mo Ii Desu ka look pretty promising.

If they gave this an NTR ending, it would've been near impossible to make Marina 3. Then again, considering how Marina 3 ended, I guess Kenji losing her in Marina 2 would have been a mercy.
Oh well, I'm not a fan of Netorare endings in Netorase, so I guess it all worked out in a fvked up away? Meh..
