Hello. That’s a known bug.

Don’t skip the dialogues too much. It cause crashes sometimes

its the same, nothing happens, If I just click it I get an error, if I use emulator nothing happens (admin or not) and I reinstalled it as well

Maybe try changing your location settings to Japan rather than running the locale. Also try putting date and time settings to Japanese.
