anyone experiencing lag i have a beefed up rig that can run mgsv on max settings but i am lagging running this visual novel

Anyone seen this particular issue, this seems really minor but I'm wondering if the transition screen being offset has to do with the patch and just something I'll have to live with or if it's fixable. I'm not well versed on fixing this stuff so I'm not sure what to do as a step 1 if there even is one
