While I can't say it's pre patched there is an easy way to check, if the download has a file called patch_e1.xp3, then it is patched. However character routes are only unlocked after you beat the main game. And just because it's censored doesn't mean there isn't sex, it is illegal to show uncensored pornography in Japan, and most developers don't want to take the chances that they might get taken to court because of it.

Ok I'm a bit confused here. How many routes are there and how do they work in this game? I read that there is an epilogue after the main story but are there specific choices that need to be picked to get certain gals or do you just automatically unlock all routes when the main story is complete?
