That´s one of the gaming mechanics that claims to heaven to be changed. Either keep the 7/8 O´clock time of getting up but make the stamina recovery depending of how many hours you have sleep (you can shortsleep, but you would be a zombi when you get up) or making you sleep 7 hours and your hour of getting up would depend of when you go to sleep. And may be adding an action when you are at home called rest, or napping.....Just make sure you're in bed before midnight if you care about the day's stat changes. That's what I do. Staying up until 6:30 every night and waking up at 7 fully rested is cheesy anyway
