I wonder how many people still has two workshops and how many demolished the second one to make room for the Annex in their yard after Aria's second long questline is complete.
Unless they no longer want a Training Dojo I guess. The educator job can suffice as substitute for it. Or they demolish the Grove or Stables.

Me. Is it really necessary to have 2 workshops? I do pretty well with one since I finally have a trained up crew with high discipline.

Hello guys. Is there any problem with 'total lube'?
Some girls, even with 80 fertility, don't get pregnant, while those with 60 or 50 do.
It's incredible how after more than 30 days, they can't get pregnant even though the sperm bar is full.
Would it be possible to include a sort of drug in the game that gives 100% of getting pregnant to avoid going crazy?
Aria (80) doesn't get pregnant, Arizona (60) doesn't get pregnant, Lovisa (80) doesn't get pregnant, Tori (80) doesn't get pregnant.

Total lube need to be 'off' it worked for me with Adora.
Btw during my character creation I choose as disadvantage : the 'Stimpack allergy' (cannot heal via items) is it a good pick or it's too penalizing late game or for certain quest ?

If your goal it´s not to be the main tank or go hunting Charuks, you can think as "free points" or almost free points. In early stages (until the 2nd Aria Quest) with a decent armor and Caithlin as a head nurse, you don´t need stimpacks at all. In late stages of the game you can learn incantations that allow you to heal yourself 100 points in exchange for 1 will point, just for the Aria Quest or the Denghi thing.
It´s a disadvantage that works nicely with the "weak Will " disadvantage (Really should be called "not enormously high will") that limit your will to 70. With the will you lose learning incantations and the "here and there" use of them and the will that you gain from the morning blowjobs, you keep your self with a will in the high 60s, healthy to make all Quest and you have received 95 character points

Rarely build ONE workshop.
Never had more than 10 slaves.
Never built new version of annex.
Never built a stable.
Never built a dojo.
I always keep the grove.
Everyone plays different.

They only show as options if they are available. If they're off doing a job they don't appear in the list

I'm NOT making fun of you. I think "I killed them by mistake" is a GREAT line.Is there a way to bring back the Wrool Cat Wranglers via console? I killed them by mistake.
Necessary? No.
Convenient? Yes.
The second Aria Quest needs to raise the Rebelion Power from 1200 ( a bit under) to 2500. The most efficient way to do it is bringing swords to the rebels. 20 swords per point, or roughly 26.000 swords. With 2 workshops you can put one to build swords and with a good crew build 200 swords per day and put the other to build rifles and shotguns to pay the bills. Still it´s a long grind, 130 days or something like this. With only one workshop will take twice this time.

i have 2 workshops always have 2 workshops one outside and one in the yard , when im done training i just destroy my dojo and re-build my stable, annex is top right of yard and i keep my Lush Grove
Is the quest Golden Papers bugged? When I check the census records the quest disappears from jounal

What's not explained there very well is what the actual caps are for each body type in physical training.
So, what are you looking to accomplish with an educator?
