This doesn't work. I replaced the two .rpy scripts in the gam folder and the choices are still not green.

Well the mod isn't updated, so it won't work. If you look at the mod, it says right there that it is for version 0.1.1. Even the other mod says it is for version 0.1.1. The game version is 0.1.2.
So thus, the mod is outdated and not up to the current version of the game. So don't use it till it is updated, otherwise, you'll run into problems. So pay attention to what version of the game the mod is for. If the mod version doesn't match the game version, then don't use it cause it is not compatible. This will save you the headache of wondering why the mod is not working because you didn't read it properly.
This goes for any game that has a mod of some sort. Always check what game version it is compatible with. If it is not compatible with the latest version of the game, do not use it. Instead, ask nicely if they will update to the latest version and then wait for it to be updated.

While this is generally good advice, it isn't the correct answer. The latter has been provided by Spatenklopper – funnily enough smack above the post by scaryterry19. *sigh*
It's entirely possible to drop in the modded script.rpy of 0.1.1 into 0.1.2 an be able to benefit from it. Granted, it'll revert the script side of the game back to 0.1.1 making one loose out on the new content (three optional scenes, the fix for the Layla-cleavage-bug, a bunch of transition changes), all relevant choices will be highlighted.

You just contradicted yourself and explained why it was the correct answer after saying it wasn't. I just said it won't be compatible and will cause problems. You say that's not right, yet you go on to explain how it won't be compatible and cause problems.

Untrue. You initially answered to two posts saying they don't get green highlights using the mod by pointing out that the mod is outdated, 'so it won't work'. Their problem however has nothing to do with the mod being out of date but with it only highlighting relevant choices, of which there are none in the early part of the game.
Don't get me wrong, you gave sound advice, and the mod should not be used with 0.1.2, but following it both posters would still be complaining as their problem isn't simply solved by an updated mod but by understanding how it works in the first place.
Be that as it may, here's an updated version of the modded script.rpy. It's basically everything from the 0.1.2 script pulled into the mod safe for two labels that could potentially mess with scrappy's scene gallery. The latter works and I playtested the game up to the new free roam. Have fun everyone!

Thank you so much! We're proud of what we created. Some players won't understand the dialogue because they don't realize how people talk in real life, and they want the cookie cutter dialogue.
We promise, we won't change the writing or dialogue style! We are confident with what we have.
We're working on getting it ported! Our usual Android modder hasn't told us if he can or not, so we are looking into other members who can Android port.
We hope to have a port soon and thank you for your patience. Can't wait for everyone to be able to play!

Where can I find the save files? Because under Android>Data>com.matrixhearts.sucre there is no save file just a log file, I like to backup save file separately.
Is there any secondary location where can I find those?

OK, It doesn´t matter. Most of the people doesn´t read the dialogues anyway, and hit the skip button until something sexy happens. Is what I´m going to do with this game from now on. Its a porn game, not the Iliad, I don´t think I´m going to miss a lot.

Blue Otter Games I think it's quite a good game so far, great job. What has piqued my interest were the unique 3d assests you are using, e.g. the boulder-hall, I haven't seen it before somewhere. Is it selfmade or where do you got it from?

We got the asset from CGTrader and then retextured it before adding the wall to the scene.
Fun tidbit, we wanted a full length sport wall, but we have a limited budget starting out, so we have to work with what we had. We like it though!
