Okay I got it work, now know what the issue is. See after returning to Lily with the batteries, she asks you to go get the butt plug. But originally I didnt need to do that, since i had bought them already. And then I went on the next scene. Now I see that you HAVE to go the Sex Shop at that point, because the shopkeeper has extra dialogue. And if you dont get that dialogue, the game wont proceed later. So yeah I think that's maybe something that should be fixed.

According to Walkthrough, MC supposed to mention Alvin after talking with Mei but he does not mention him at all, and I'm stuck. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Edit: NVM, I'm a Retard, It seems I was reading straight not clicking the spots that says " Go to".
