I don't think there is any plan for that.
I personally keep CH4 upto 0.45 for the video files and then the latest update. The game seems too big for a single game to hold soo much video. The current 3 video packs alone amount to bout 13ish GB.

This game is completely ruined nowadays. I haven't been able to play for a long time. I miss the early days of this game. It often pisses me off to see how devs ruin their hard worked games just by bringing shitty material and some material just forces people to stop playing.
