I have played this game some time ago when chapter 2 was in development, and it has only one ntr scene. All the folowing chapters have ntr or it is present only in some chapters?

That can't actually be true, as Solvalley MC's sister showed up way back in chapter 1 to do a photo shoot. Solvalley School is long gone.

I ran into this issue when I tried to play Chapter 3 on Joiplay. I have no experience with Ren'py, but a quick look at that file led me to believe that those hovered statements were unnecessary. All other instances in the file have a bunch of stuff specified afterwards. I tried removing those keywords in the error report and it worked, at least for the prologue. I'll keep everyone posted if I run into issues. I attached the updated file if anyone else wants to try.
