There is only one part for Chapter 3 which is v0.33.

Those are split files to make it easier to download instead of downloading one big gigantic file, the single file download is missing. Chapter 3 is still one verion in v0.33.

You don't need to combine the files; you just need to extract them all into the same folder. Or at least that worked for me.
