Here is what I think: marge has disassociative personality disorder. These alternative behaviors she is demonstrating during sexual encounters is a fuge state where she goes to when she is presented with something from past she has not been able to resolve or it is too painful. Possible sexual abuse. However without knowing her real personality it is hard to determine if the strict and uncompromising person she is when not having sex is her real personality or if it is how she is with sex.

What you mentioned is also known as DID, Disassociate Identity Disorder (i’m sharing for the rest of the readers, you probably know that already) and several people have also thought about that and shared it in the thread. DID has been used in some very popular movies, so a lot of people are familiar.
And like you also mentioned, the reasons for DID are very dark and are closely related with childhood trauma and abuse.
I’m not going into confirming or denying your hypothesis, but I’ve mentioned in the past that we’re not going into dark themes. So that’s a big hint for that.
