I have written something in my bad English, I hope it is understandable.
I start with whether what I do is ethical or not. I turn a story shared for free into a visual novel and publish it completely free of charge. I have a Patreon page yes but no one has to subscribe to me to play this game. I tried to reach the author to get his/her permission, but as I said, he/she has not been active for 10 years and I could not reach it. And it saddens me that some people write here what I'm doing is just taking the author's story and sharing it and making money from it. The story can be very good and I think it is very good, but I have a very serious effort to turn it into a visual novel and again I distribute it for free. I cannot understand what is written about whether it is ethical or not. UndercoverLover As you mentioned, I could change the story a little bit and share it like a story I wrote, then would it be ethical? Maybe I am thinking wrong and what I did may be wrong and if there is a lot of criticism about this, I can close my Patreon page and stop turning someone else's story into a visual novel.

Suzinak: don't worry about the haters it's good you make this game. Without this game I wouldn't even have known that there was a novel. It's enough if u give some credit to the author, but there is certainly no reason to feel morally guilty.
Concerning the game: It's true that it is very well written, but it is a very technical language and it feels really odd that the mother talks to her son in these extremely technical terms and that she has planned out this whole process of cum measuring like a total professional. Only plausible explanation would be that this was her plan all along and thats why she chose that specific clinic. Other than that I would find it more natural if there was some awkwardness around the mother, maybe even some mishap at the beginning while they try to find the "perfect" procedure.
However none of this can be really changed now and I gotta say this is still a pretty good game.

Suzinak, it is indeed a good idea to put some research into this issue, as the saying goes better late then never.
As an example regarding ethics, that "no answer" is NOT consent, i would like to give you an example:
"
You have a party a girl too drunk to get home has to sleep at your place....
You say: hey i like your ass and tits! May i touch them and fuck you in the ass?
You wait a minute no answer as shes totally knocked out...
... so you start grabbing and fucking her....
"
So this is the prime example of what NOT todo in the real world.
If someone is not answering your emails about seeking consent from said person its not complying it does not give you automatically permission if the person isnt answering....
It is the opposite by default.
And im sorry for you that it saddens you that you feel that people acusing you of stealing someones story for money... problem is tho .. that is more or less what you did here from a techincal standpoint as you using his work in your game with a 1to 1 copy of said story text. And you did then open a patreon page so people may give your money.
Dont kid yourself into wording that this is not profiting from this as youre not selling the game directly. Also you would be pretty stupid to take that possibillity later on to sell it to steam which is also out of the question if things stay as they are.
How would you like it if i come back to this and steal your as you said hard work in renders and release a new game with them with other text around them in a few years without your consent?
And i did not acuse you of wanting todo something bad i just wanted to make you aware that you put yourself in a bad situation to start the journey of becoming a porngame producer.##
People like your renders i tried to help you with telling you what the characters / story essence is in a post so and some creative examples for starting the story new without having to redo all renders.
But thats all i can do for you i hope you can see the reason behind this.
Also general not good enough to just fiddle around with the text and change here and there a word or a sentence.
Try to get the general sense of the story and rewrite it in your own words and then get someone here to put it in better english if needed i think you may find someone here willing to help you with that.. certainly not me as my english isnt good enough for that.
And get this.. im not your enemy im the guy trying to tell you now how to fix this and is trying to help you makeing the right move.. if you cant see this i cant help you Dude.
What a great game.It is on par with becoming a rockstar and being a dik. Great render, storywise it will be short though but it has great potential to be one of best games right now.I think it is a side project of him just to earn experience and perfection.May be in future he will release some big project with great storyline.plz bro ,cotinue your fantastic work

what a shitty example. The renders for the first two episodes probably took way more work than writing that story. Besides that, the story is 11 years old by now, rotting on some website with literally thousands of other stories. You act like he's stealing some man's life work, while all parts of the story were released over a course of three months. Probably took him a few hours to write, a couple of days at most. This thread already has more comments than the original story with a total of 42 comments.
Get a hold of yourself and stop spoiling the fun for everyone because you feel obliged to play the morality police, over some internet porn story whose existence is barely know to anyone. You are the guy that must be most fun at parties.

Actually what they are suggesting would help the fun to continue no matter what. Intentionally leaving your work vulnerable to copyright strike does the opposite. This VN has practically copypasted parts word for word from that story (seriously even the commas). Taking the story and then using your own freakin words to make the VN based on it, isn't that hard. We are not talking about Shakespeare here, it's just a silly story about measuring cum...
Legal issues aside it's also lazy and tacky. Text in novel form doesn't translate well in VN and it's glaringly obvious with those weird, "blue" first-person parts.
