Developer has decided to remove a femdom scene written by previous writer who's not involved in the game anymore.
I think this post should be included in the OP for people who'd like to restore the missing scene.I don't know if Suzinak will appreciate it, but I have restaured in the game and added in the gallery the domination/kitchen scene from CH 3.
The reason, I think, of the non appearance of the scene is due to some blurry images.
And I have corrected the "Jacob" display instead of your choosen name for the MC in the CH4.
extract in [game folder] and overwrite old files (As usual,modified files have their backup provided).
It work with the Full HD and 4K version.

Maybe spoiler it so people who are on the fence about trying the game and reading the thread don't get spoilered. Also very good observations. I just hope the game doesn't go on too long to where it goes into wacky territory. Like if the dev threw in some screwball nonsense that she is working for a secret organization that wants to buy all the real estate and the mc will slowly discover this over time and she wasn't sick, she was being manipulated!

Sadly, in my case, I was already playing with those options disabled. I gather from comments that whatever the issue is it affects some systems but not others. I am playing the "Full HD" version. I wonder if I would have better luck with "4K" version, if it's just a matter of software issues and codecs?
Maybe your video card does not have a proper OpenGL 2.0 implementation.
