I can't do that right now. I think that trimming the sound effects in some porn videos and adding them to the game will decrease the quality of the game.
If I add sound effects to the game, I have to produce special sound effects for each animation. I am currently not capable of doing this. But it may be in later updates.

Funny thing: with my latest small Mod update I also added (very few) sounds to it. But mostly for the non erotic scenes. I tried that there, too, but didn't found the right ones for these scenes so far.

It is alright brother, focus on the story and renders. A completed game with no sound is infinitely better than an abandoned game with sound design. I agree that a game of this quality needs sound but I would also hate it if you ruined this quality game with poor audio so don't worry about audio for now.
