Yup it was intentional, they use it for transitions.Sorry for this silly question
Is the black screen with those small dim flickering light spot intentional? (image below)

I wish it would use a rendered image in the future. Kinda off for meYup it was intentional, they use it for transitions.
You have got some games where people complain that the dev includes too many renders as transition scenes. I am quite happy that MMC uses occasional black transition scenes as it avoids unnecessary renders, and therefore does nt slow down the speed of updates.I wish it would use a rendered image in the future. Hey I love a good story/Game! Yours is by far one of the best of the many I've played and will continue to when you give us more. Hope we get an update soon! Good Luck with this! You sound so passionate! I love it!
Thank you for sharing this and your kind words!
UnderstandableYou have got some games where people complain that the dev includes too many renders as transition scenes. I am quite happy that MMC uses occasional black transition scenes as it avoids unnecessary renders, and therefore does nt slow down the speed of updates.
I totally agree with the above. I just want to add something further. You have got some games where people complain that the dev includes too many renders as transition scenes. Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate taking the time to write to us!Jesus and now everything has an extrem bloom.... everything is shining brightly....
Im at a loss of words....
It looks so much worse than the renders of the first chapter.
I can respect that, but im still disappointed.Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate taking the time to write to us!
As everything in life, this is something objective.
Each creator has his own art style that distinguishes him from others. Some creative options are being taken for more realism, some others are more stylistic. Most artists/creators have their own unique style and of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
We’re always trying to do the best we can, while still trying to be unique. I can’t speak for Suzinak, but IMO this is an art-form and I prefer to play a game that offers a unique perspective.
Thank you for your comment on the render style. In fact, many people have different opinions on this subject, and there are those who like the new rendering style as well as those who love the old rendering style. But I would prefer everyone to share their opinion with us.I can respect that, but im still disappointed.
The 1 Chapter look extremly good (comparable to the style of Summers Gone). Even the writing was unique, there was this rather cold, controlling mom and a rather insecure son. Something i havent encountered in other games. The MC, for once, didnt have a giant porn star cock and not every scene was about common sex positions (E.g. examination of the doctor was kinda hot).
You could describe the 'feel' of the game as artistic.
Now, since Chapter 2 the style changed to the (rather commonly used) more unrealistic style. The bloom is way to much.. the mc was glowing like the frickin sun in the bathroom. The eyes glowing demonic and look weird.
The mom, for some reason, got a bigger chin, jawbone and lips...... whhyyy she was perfect, natural. Now she looks like she had plastic surgery.
The personality of the mc and the mom changed completly overnight. There is nothing wrong with character development, but it happend way to fast.
Dont get me wong, the game is still good. But i think the first chapter was fantastic and the style was better... by a large margin.
Did the jawbone and lips got bigger? They just feel different, the jawbone seems more masculine and the lip more bloated.Thank you for your comment on the render style. In fact, many people have different opinions on this subject, and there are those who like the new rendering style as well as those who love the old rendering style. Actually, I'm a software engineer and fairly new to 3D. I started learning 3D about 1 year ago, so I am constantly trying to improve myself. And that's why I think it makes more sense to learn new things and try to do better, rather than using the same method over and over (old rendering style). You can see this in chapter 3 too. Some scenes from chapter 3 look different than others. This is because I am constantly trying to do better (but sometimes it gets better, sometimes worse).
But I can say that chapter 3 looks better for me overall in terms of rendering style. Maybe I can do better in the new chapters.
In fact, I did not change the body shape of Marge or the MC in any of the scenes. Things like Marge's chin looking different in the bathroom scene are all about perception. When Marge's hair type changes to an upwardly long hair type, her chin looks like it's bigger, but in fact everything is the same. Something like below.
All the same.Did the jawbone and lips got bigger? They just feel different, the jawbone seems more masculine and the lip more bloated.
Because I like the new eye style. And I think most of people like them too.Why did you choose to use glowing/high contrast/unnatural eyes? Is this something you personally like or do you want to stand out?
Mmm, i guess that shows how powerfull lighting and shading can be. She looks completly differentAll the same.
Really?!Because I like the new eye style. And I think most of people like them too.
