The Koko Shanel thing does look buggy..
I'm pretty sure I accepted the extra money on week 2, however I'm also sure I told Amy the truth, since the guide states it will improve relations later in the game.. and now that makes it impossible to buy the best birthday present?
When choosing Koko, it acts like I chose Olympic and All Point and friendship status with Melody strips away to 0.
It's a shitty move to hint in the guide from 0.2 that being truthful is the best way, when in fact it "breaks" the game later on, so it has to be a bug...

... so i've FIXED the bug for you.
Just download the file, extract the archive, inside will be my modified "week_04_0.rpa", replace it over the same file in (>Melody-0.03 -> game) folder.
If @jande21 or any mods want to put it in the OP (or link this post), I'll appreciate it.

Tell me what you did, i personally tested it with all 4 possibilities and it always worked.
(The possibilities are;
- Extra Money - Choose Koko
- No Extra Money - Choose Koko
- Extra Money - Choose Olympyque
- No Extra Money - Choose Olympyque)

Ok, lets go a step back then...
Did you unpack the .rar archive to get the .rpa file?
Did you navigate to the "game" folder?
Did it ask you to overwrite already present files when you replaced it?
