Is there anyway to avoid who has sex with the player or is every encounter forced?

All sex scenes are optional. For the monster ones you have to not lose fights and for the others you have to avoid side quests.

Now if by "forced" you mean as in non-consensual, only losing fights fall into that category. The only time out of combat that comes close is some scenes have Meltys manipulated into having sex, but nothing she actively opposes.

All sexual encounters *can* be avoided, any there's a special ending if you finish the game without one.

So is there a ending that ends with just one futa and the protag only and no males if so what ending is that?

Everything beyond 1.2k is language updates. Prior to that there was a full post game section added on if you get ending 5. (One of the characters in a section of the castle will have a quest star over his head)

i just continued where i left off and it has me start from the beginning but i still have everything in my inventory and im lvl 29

So you must have selected new Game + after getting an ending. Ending 5 is specific. You need an S.Level of 70+ (normal level is irrelevant for this) and the castle needs to be fully reconstructed. When you beat the (at the time) final boss then you have free access mode where you can travel the world. Certain characters will have a star over their head and Meltys will invite them to the castle. Once you invite all of them (there's 5) then in the room before the hallway for the princess' bedrooms is a character there with a star over him. Talking to him will start the post-game quest line.

It is, but only if you avoid sex with anything that does a creampie. Most monsters, Any vaginal sex with humans, etc. That said pregnancy is a minor issue. You simply go to the clinic in the first town and talk to the doctor to give birth.

So there is no pill or preventive spell? I get its a fetish and all but I don't care for the belly or birthing... Also thank you for answering.

Nope, just the opposite (aka a spell that guarantees pregnancy rather than a chance) the only way to avoid pregnancy is to avoid any vaginal sex encounters.
