Are you playing this on the Steam/Itch version, or something else? Seems like one of those random bugs from joiplay I've never seen before.

I have been enjoying Memoirs on Steam, but pixel porn is not much fun. Other than that, I think it's pretty good.

The game and combat systems are SO nice! but how comes the game is also so laggy and the battles are impossibly laggy, sometimes I have to 2x or 3x press a button for it to take the command and it goes in 5-10 fps. Its clearly not the pc since I got a LOT of ram and nice cpu and a gpu which can handle the pickiest games, but this one seems like it won't "click" . Most likely the compatibility? I really hope there is a solution coz battles take 4 times more than usual for me and I'd really like to play this game!

Others have already noted it but it's really odd that the character is gendered based on anatomy rather than the chosen sprite. I thought separating the two was an especially interesting design choice in terms of giving player agency over how they want to design their character, so it's a real bummer that it's a false choice. I understand the added complexity of it (although really I mostly imagine it'd be for sex scenes for a simple system) and that this is a finished game, but it's a shame to see for something that i'm otherwise enjoying a lot. Personally speaking I'm going to have to restart since the dissonance is troublesome, but it's always nice to see an actually completed game on here.

Well, looks like I'm stuck with the bug that causes endless loading after the battles at the guild sitdown.
Apparently that's caused by the autosave, so neither of my 2 saves are any help because autosaves can only be turned off at your home computer for some stupid reason and the location doesn't let me leave once I'm in it.
Are there any settings I can edit or is that the end of my playthrough?

Never mind, seems I have solved that. With a fucking save editor no less.
Still, the whole thing seems a tad buggy for a completed game.

From what I know, the autosave bug usually resolves itself in that you can load the autosave file and its fine. Were you stuck in an endless loading loop when you loaded the autosave file? Haven't seen that before.
It's annoying when there's a few battles in a row though, I'm sure.

I was stuck in a loop no matter which save I used.
Trust me, I tried for a while before posting here cause I didn't expect a quick reply. Fortunately a save editor allowed me to change the setting when the game wouldn't let me.

In the same building, hence my inability to get to the home computer and change settings.
The game had thrown an error before, so I started saving very frequently and kind of fucked myself.

Definitely not worth playing for the H-content, unless you love pixel porn. Still worth playing though, so up to you to decide.

There's a lot of H-content (dozens of scenes, I personally lost track), probably more than most H-games. But it is a combo of text and pixel art, so it's very subjective.
sooo harem (Diana, Zafra and Jasen are exluded yes?(only with cheats)) and rest ? For example Windress only says yes to open and when you chose harem option she says: ,,You kidding right? I dont think so.,, will she change mind later in game?
