there's already been 2 sex scenes with one of the two main characters in the current chapter (beside that we've had plenty of "sexual stuff" goin on in the game (blowjobs, titfucks, handjobs, cunnilingus, fingering etc)) , and we're getting even more in the next updates, the time of grind and blue balls is over comarades

Because those versions are paid versions and 0.36 is an open update for everyone. It works as follows. 2 or 3 dlcs and then open and big update with the previous paid dlc.

Like Arshavinstyle mentionned, the 0.34 was a dlc, you can get it on his Patreon or Itch page. As for the 0.36, that's gonna be a big update and also gonna contain the dlcs, when it will come out on Patreon you can either get it there or wait until the public release.

2 months ? The last update was released on May 19th on Patreon, and since then there's been also a dlc that came out 2 weeks ago. Right now he's working on the next update (not a dlc) wich he's probably gonna release soon, maybe in a week or so but don't quote me on this one.

Yes, the dlcs are always included in the next update since they're a progression in the storyline (they're not like a stand alone kind of content that has no link to the main story).
