So just to make sure is this both 0.21 and the fix or just the fix? Somehow I missed that the dev already updated this to 0.21 and would hate to have to download the whole thing again.

It's both 0.21 and the fix, the fix itself is in the script.rpa, and the 0.21 is the assets for the new version.

Yes, Jeremy looked interested at least, and I totally agree.
Edit: I already give mad props to Nefastus for having Polyamory and sharing as an option, Sandra isn't that much into it, but I hope she warms up to the idea, at least towards girls.

As Jokerleader said, it's everything you need. However you'll also need to download the unren bat file to enable the dev console and type bo_name = 'whatevernameyoulike'
HEY! Don't forget the terrible readme. I spent at least 9 or 10 seconds whipping that gem up.
Just want to toss out another thanks for all the effort you guys do compressing. My one and only attempt was such a disaster, glad you guys are around and so helpful.
Not sure honestly, but not for quite a while at least. The biggest hurdle is time. Trying to get the updates out each month with a fair bit of content and working on the rewrite eats up almost all of my free time already. It's why Tracy shows up fairly sparingly and the MC hasn't met any other trans characters, I would love to do more it's just trying to find the time. After I finish the rewrite and release version 1.0 I hope to have enough spare time to include a fair bit more optional content and even start working on a second game I really want to get rolling.

There's the odd one where it's consensual trans content (or the unrealistic 'futa'), but normally it's forced or linked to sissification or some such. Actual bi male action where it's just two guys enjoying themselves rather than some sort of power trip is a rare as hen's teeth and it'd be great to see an accomplished dev move in that direction. Medieval Times was one that showed promise but soon slid off that truck into a purely gay VN.
I also agree with the later comment regarding the MC's brother in law. The general vibe I got from that scene was him being a little more than fascinated with the MC's package.

Have to agree with you.
I really liked the cucking the sisters husband, even if he got too involved for my liking, which was great at turning the sister completely off him, but man the Sandra, Sister MFF was awesome and was definately my choice, plus I think it's just shattered any hesitation Sandra still had about 3somes and totally broke the incest thing open for her. Man I'm so hungry for the next update now. I'm really hoping the dicking he gave the sister with Sandra is enough to completely put Jeremy out the picture too.
Nefastus it's time for the sister and Hailey to dump, Jery and move in with the MC and the rest.
How about MC/Sandra / Christine or MC / Sandra / Amanda?
I'm slowly rewriting and redoing most the images from the early versions, fleshing out some other things. The rewriting will affect the pace a bit, flesh out the paths that don't involve banging everything with a pulse(for the weirdos who manage to say no to sex sometimes
), clean up the code and generally make things easier on me in the future. The remaster is so people don't dry heave when they open scene 1 and are punched in the face with my early 'work'...hahah.

As I just skimmed thought the other choices and went with sharing I wonder how you mean because even on the sharing one Jeremy was kinda left aside as he is more of a cuck than anything else, and even Sandra was completely focused on the MC during the whole thing, so again I wonder, will sis and niece move in with them and have Jeremy kinda just in the background either way or maybe he will come with? Even if he moves in with them because of work we would probably see very little of him, but even though nobody on the foursome was interested in Jeremy beside my MC, I don't see why to exclude him completely, he seems like a nice enough guy.

I know I need to preface this with the disclaimer that I'm not saying anything I say below is some kind of ground truth nor should even be taken as something I think must or should happen. It's just my own damn thoughts, said for the sake of being a single data point that may or may not be helpful in future decisions. Fucking hell, I feel like I'm writing a contract or something. You get the idea, I'm sure.
For me all (okay I admit I didn't try sharing) the sister routes were very good but all were a bit... much, I guess. Nothing so bad, but they gave me a number of "ehhhhh" moments in otherwise very enjoyable scenes. I would have liked it if the decisions were a bit more absolute rather than just controlling the rough outcomes. I would have liked more control over how the sister interacts with her husband, for example. Depending on the route and all that, would be nice to be able to avoid her kissing him - particularly but not only the big sloppy one. I totally get having it there when you don't have her brush her teeth, but if you do I would have preferred that bit even just be omitted. Same for the MFF route, I would have liked it if that route let you more fully segregate things from the husband. I don't particularly want his dick in my face there, nor Sandra's. Even more so with the MC explicitly helping the husband out seeing Sandra naked. He's cut out here, why have MC go out of his way to let another dude see Sandra naked? As for the cuck route, that whole thing felt weirdly focused on the other dude. It felt like that scene was mostly about him, while MC and the sister were just sort of props. I admit I was a little on the fence about checking that route out in the first place, so maybe I just really don't get the cuck thing. But I would have been far more onboard with it if it was more focused on the MC and sister, with the husband being a thing but not *the* thing. The MMF route seemed to do this better in comparison.
Anyway, I should probably reiterate just how much I enjoyed the update despite the little things I mentioned above. This is one of the the VNs that just grows on me more and more as time goes on. At this point it's one of my top favorites and the one I am the least concerned about suddenly going off a cliff despite that being strangely common. It's great to see the VN improve with time, it's obvious that effort is being put into learning and improving, and it's paying off. The scenes are written so well, and the characters are all very distinct and consistent without falling into hard tropes.
