'0x52_cheats.rpa' I know it is named as cheats but on the website, they mentioned it as a mod, so I downloaded it.
Do you have link for patch?

The mod you're using includes the incest/sleep patch (you can enable/disable it through the mod).
Also the latest version of the mod (released 5 days ago) will prevent you from starting scenes that are not present in the game (eg Elite and Extras scenes in the leaked "general" release).

2 files are available:
- midnight_paradise_patch.rpyc: unlocks incest + sleep stuf
- midnight_paradise_patch_sleep_stuff_only.rpyc: Obviously, unlocks sleep stuff only

Put the file in <MP directory>/game folder.
