It's like people choose to judge per update, a game that's being put out in....updates. Quite shocking I know.
If a dev wants their product to be judged as a whole then they should release it when finished (and attach a price if they feel like selling it). Of course that would probably hurt Patreon schemes but you can't have your cake and eat it too.

melissa has a few scenes, 2 is in the other section in the gallery, eliana has a few as well

copy your saves into 1 of both save locations, either
Android/data/app_id/files/saves or Android/data/RenPy/app_id.

I couldn't agree more!! A dev who's going to release monthly updates/episodes must consider designing the pacing of the game according to the release schedule. Not the other way around; the player just waiting around because the game that's being updated monthly is actually not supposed to be played monthly?
And miss me with that "you're not even a Patreon" bs.
I mean, it's not your place or anyone else's to decide what he does with the funds generated for this game. If he doesn't want to add more help, or more render machines for the game then that's his choice. I don't know who all is working on the project or what kind of hardware he has, and nor do I care. His finances and what he does with the money he makes is none of my business. The only thing that is my business as a patron is that he is working on the game and delivering content.
There's really not that big of a difference between the quality between this and CoBD. If there is it's obviously not enough to matter to people because Lewdlab has way more patrons than Philly does. There's also a thing called talent, and maybe Philly is just more skilled in areas or has better help than Lewblab does. I really don't care if these people are trying to one-up each other or not. I play games that I enjoy, and whether one has better "production values" than another really has little affect on my enjoyment of the game. Story and Characters matter far more to me than the quality of an animated scene, or even if something is animated at all.
I mean, sometimes things change. I don't think he mean't that 40% of the entire game would be done after one update. Did anyone really think that? I read that more as 40% of the foundation or ground work of the game is done, and not total content.
Lewdlab has disappointed more than ICSTOR??? Lol, you be trolling now me thinks. I don't want to knock ICSTOR too much because his stuff is still extremely good for what I like, but he's the king of disappointment and semi-abandoned half ass finished projects.
There is adult content in this adult game, and a good amount of it. It's just not the type of adult content you want. He's said there will be no shortage of sex scenes when the story is ready for it. Best you can do if it doesn't suit you right now is just wait until it's finished or check back in six months. It's his story, and I'm sure he's aware of the criticisms. I'd bet the game will turn the corner he soon enough (next month or two), and we'll start seeing the content some of you are so anxiously waiting for.
Still plenty of fap material to be found on this site, right? So if Midnight Paradise ain't doing it for ya right now, why not fire up something else instead? Even though I don't really like the game, sometimes I'll fire up CoBD so Victoria can take me to the finish line. I mean, doesn't everyone have a bunch of games with saves at their favorite scenes?
I don't even know what this means. Just relax though, man.
The only files I could find are "log.txt" and "traceback.txt", which one is it supposed to be?

I started this game and ran into an early problem - going to class 1st day, Economics prof asks MC to see her that afternoon for extra tutoring, show up in office, and........nothing. No conversation, nothing to click on to begin one, no hidden object.....retry the download?

Man, stop beating about the bush. You used too many words to say that this game's story is crap.
Like real crap. And people who compare it to DPC, Philly, or even MilfyCity (yes!! even MC!! It's that bad!) are fanboys with no sound judgment.
Gorgeous renders? Sure. The sexiest of all.
Kinks that not all will appreciate but you do? That's fine, there's no accounting for taste.
Slow sexual buildup that you don't mind? OK, that's your preference.
But the story? The actual story behind this game? Comparable to DPC or Philly? Please, don't insult our intelligence.
This game is boring AF.

I agree the story is boring not because of lack of "action". The story didnt progress much.
9 updates = Story: Drop out of school, caught selling Drugs, try to be the person to inherit his father's business, found drug source, sell drugs.
While i over simplify it but you can see there isnt much of character progress relative for the time it took. (since the dev release at monthly basis, counting releases would not be fair. but lets use time ie months since it would be same for all dev)
