today 31st of july, but again depends on where you are located and where lewdlab is. If he is like in the USA or something, its GMT -4 to -7. If he is based in europe, could be GMT 0 or +1 etc.

The previous update was released like 9pm GMT 0, so its quite logical to assume that marker

if an update patch is released you can update it, but if not then you'll have to download the whole game. Based on the op, there wasn't a update from .8 to .9 when that was released. But maybe a thread user released something like that. So I doubt there will be one for .10

update patches are rare because from my very limited understanding cause a lot of issues in ren'py.

I very much presume it will be out on patreon at midnight GMT 0. Then it takes time to get it uploaded here which is another hour or so. Expect it first thing tomorrow morning or like 1-2 am if you are in europe

I'm pretty sure he said something along the lines in one of his latest updates. So those who are naive are going to wait for an update to drop today, but if you've been on this site long enough, you'd know that "the last day of the month" usually means "somewhere in the first half of the next month" when it comes to Lewdlab.
