I need the the extra Ruby and Joyce scene and the elite Isabella scene. Both the ingame walkthrough and the walkthrough say i unlocked everything.

There is no specific path for any character. Game is based on doing tasks for/with every character. You don't get to choose who to avoid. That's why Lain's walkthrough has a breakdown of what needs to be done and what can be done for each character that's in the game. The only trait that can be manipulated is your own morality

In the changelog it said added scenes, only thing new are the booty calls.

Scroll the gallery for the scenes with blue crown. I believe I see Isabel's scene and I do see an elite scene for Ruby for .12 but Joyce isn't involved so I'm not sure what the case is there

Changelog says version 0.13 and there is supposed to be a scene with Joyce and Ruby.

At this moment doesn't really matter yet, you unlock slightly different scenes with Ruby when you are on low morale.
Penis to vagina? Not yet. Blowjobs, titjobs and handjobs are.
Like 90% why im still playing this and waiting for the releases

How i can get the booty call there is no option in my appartment, in Lains MOD every one need the booty call quest. Any hint ?

Could we have a link like an ''only update'' option to avoid redownloading the whole game each time need to update't?

some nice whine, and smooth music while downloading would be preferred as well
there are compressed versions here (much smaller downloads size, not that much reduced overall media quality)
or you can try and ask dev on his patreon/discord for some official update patchs.
whatever you prefer more.

forget above mentioned "if possible wine/music", that should be mandatory

I think he does it so it's easier for those who are not so...advanced with using their computers, or familiar with this procedure. I've seen many guys having problems to even unzip this whole game package, so how difficult would it be for them to extract that update patch to the right folder or do other required similar actions. And when some of the guys don't speak and/or don't understand English too well, then it would be just too much pain for Lewdlab and his moderators to try to help those guys out.
