Okay, for some magickal reason after 2 re-installs and multiple restarts- the "saves" thing started working again.
I have to say, I like the game for what it is- so far. It has potential- I think the same thing probably could have been achieved with Ren'py (only from my experience playing them and similarities in the mechanics to this game). Using Unity, just seems to over-complicate this game unnecessarily. Unless there's some specific reason it was used (for a future update)- just seems a tad like overkill.
I like the characters- Ruby is adorable, Isabel is beautiful, and the "Landla..., I can't even type it with straight fingers"- is attractive. The animations are really well done- the nighttime scenes are awesome. It will be interesting to see how much further we'll get with each one in future updates- although, we already have the sleeping pills...why couldn't we use them?
It would be nice if some type of "hint" system could be implemented- there were a couple of times when I thought the name of the game should have been changed to "Midnight Parad-I should do something else." Lol
Also, is there some reason that tiny of a map has to give the illusion of vertigo when you move the mouse around. I was getting nauseous just going back and forth to school. Is that jitter really necessary?
