It seems to depend on the choices you make regardless of what you buy. So even if you buy the slutty one but if chose the none obedience option she ends up wearing the classy one and vice versa.

I know it won't make a difference, but do we need a message in the OP? One game has an announcement there saying "No, you can't have sex with Grandma yet!" - does this one need a "Yes, you can have sex with Mom/Joyce now!" notice?

We can always hope that it will stop a couple of the daily questions...

It won't matter. Some OPs have massive huge notes, and people still ask the question. SMH.

On Mac all Ren'Py games keep their saves in a folder in ~/Library/RenPy. Here it is ~/Library/RenPy/MidnightParadise-sandbox apparently.

Some games will not work/run properly when unrented. Don't do it and the game will more than likely work just fine.

There is also a bugfix in the OP as well.

The sandbox events will be in the next update.

Played the 0.25 update this morning after getting Shawnchapp's updated mod for it (thanks!)

It was enjoyable, but sort of felt a bit odd at the same time as it was a full departure from the game I'd been playing. It felt a bit like a "special episode" or mini spin-off or something. I think part of that feeling for me is because I'm not a big Joyce fan (she's just "okay" for me, not really my type) and I wanted a bit of variation.

Fortunately for me, I randomly had a bunch of sandbox elements incomplete outside of the actual story objectives, so I then went through and completed all of those, which gave me time with Sofia, Jane, Isabel, and my favourite, Ruby, and that definitely helped.

That aside, the actual quality of the update was good, with good scenes when applicable. I felt that the actual sex was a bit too easy - after all the build up and "no, we can't cross that line", it felt like that line was too quickly crossed here. I would have liked a bit more resistance/uncertainty before it did happen, but I guess the idea is that the scenes we get before it provide the last bit of the barriers being gradually broken down.

Next up is hopefully to get the girls learning about each other so we can enjoy them at the same time!
