I played it a long time ago and I am waiting until all the updates and bug fixes come out before I will try it again.
If I was you I would give it 1-2 weeks before trying so any bug fixes will be done.

presumably some fucking and anal repeatables in the sandbox mode and hopefully some FFM content because the game has a distressing lack of that for a game that is suppose to be a harem incest game.
Really a global problem with a lot of these games even the high quality ones.
Likely bc the "oh this isn't my family but a family i was friends with growing up" patreon work around falls apart if the mom and daughter go down on each other
Dreams of Desire had a decent amount of FFM stuff so hopefully that gets added in in the DLC
as for should you play it, yeah there is a lot of good content so if you are into the kinks presented here definitely worth the time
and the story is complete if you care about that at all.
That is a secondary concern here imo because the narrative is pretty average, though the English is competent and the characters are decently engaging
news from the enhancement and walkthrough mods? and can anyone share the latest patch for the bugs that lewdlab share on patreon?
can someone please tell how to fix this there are no navigation gui files

If you mean a walkthrough mod, you might not need one. Depending on where you are in the game, you can easily coast through with the in-game "objectives" instead. Playing from 0.26, there's not a lot you can do to go wrong, and the objectives just give you tips like where to be at what time of day for the next step.
Does the new patch on the Parteon solve the problems of missing animations?

This corrupted end was so lame. Barely a couple of images which looked more like a normal harem ending. Everything's gotten so softwashed.

it is just me or the old UI was better aesthetically pleasing and better colour while the new one looks more systematic though

I only finished the story for each main girl so far, and damn, I have to really feel bad for all the Joyce lovers. That lust/dom route ending was so ass for her. All those years of waiting, and she literally got the lowest hanging fruit after all.
I never was fan of her, so I was more than glad that he gave much more effort for Ruby and Isabel on this route. They were really, really good. Maybe I'll finish the main story at some point also.

I haven't kept up with this game at all. People who did, please tell me:
1. Is it nicely [COMPLETED] or was it abruptly ended by the dev like it happened with many other games?
2. Is there more content expected from the dev for this game over the next ~year or did he say he'll move to something else entirely?
3. How well is the incest fetish addressed? Are there hot dialogues & choices that only make sense when incest is involved or does the game make perfect sense with landlady/roommate/etc. instead of mom/sister/etc.?

It didn't open any of the inaccessible scenes for me. But the cheat mod helped and opened everything.
