So I tried the game again after... brrrr over 1.5 years! Wow time flies.
Anyway, I tried the game again and convinced myself to find 3 nice things to say about it (other than the good graphics and the sexy female models which I guess everyone agrees on).
So after starting all over and getting to V.0.15 (which I had never played) let's see if I can make it:
- Nice thing no. 1: That new song in the menus is sick! I love it. Perhaps it doesn't suit the game theme that much but it's definitely better than that flashy crap that there was before.
- Nice thing no. 2: Isabel fun. Isabel is the best, as are most older roommates in "landlady and roommate" games because it is known that
On the flipside, the fact that sex with Isabel was implemented before any other hmmm... "household" member makes me think that the dev considers her the least valuable of the three, his least favourite, or at least the least milkable. He's and always will be like that. Will get to that later again.
- Nice thing no. 3: There's no futa yet! What does it have to do with the game? In theory, nothing! But I couldn't come up with a 3rd nice thing to say so this will have to do. Besides, as of late futa has been ruining games left, right and center, so it's good that we have 0 futa in this one. WELL DONE, DEV!
Other than this, the game is still the same nonsensical slideshow of hot female characters, but now with a brand-new phone device! And many booty calls! WOW!
The mc is still the same garbage he always was.
The mechanics are as stupid as they used to be.
The best scenes are still in the gallery, outside normal gameplay. Devoid of context or emotion. Really nice.
Animations look much worse than I remembered. No doubt, this is due to the fact that many other devs have increased the quality of theirs exponentially while Lewdie's stagnated like 2 years ago. They seem more unnatural, excessively fast-paced and boring than lots of what you can see today. That BJ by Isa... jesuschrist, what a missed opportunity. What a heap of robotic crap.
And lastly the best girl, Isa, got raped. The best idea the dev could come up with.
I 100% doubt he would have done anything remotely similar to Joyce. I'm 2000% sure.
And it pains me (not really, you know, it's just an expression). It's seems Isabel is like an appetizer that you enjoy or even don't mind sharing while waiting for the main course and dessert.
